Chip and Karen both grew up on farms in central NY and met while attending Baptist Bible College. They are both educators and have used that throughout their ministries. Their first ministry was youth pastor and teacher for 8 years then they were called to direct a camp ministry for 15 years.  While at this camp they raised their three children; Elizabeth, Johnathon, and Katherine. They were called from camp to be missionaries in Ohio for almost 10 yrs. They returned to NY to care for their parents. While looking for what God would have them to do back in NY, God directed them to the church body here at West Groton Bible Church.
